Day 1
Delhi – Haridwar (Distance:- 219 kms / Duration:- 07/08 hrs approx)
Warm Greetings to your Chardham Yatra tour, on arrival at Delhi airport / station by 12:00 noon and reach on your own at our pickup point. After lunch at Delhi proceed for Haridwar (200 kms, approx 7/8 hrs).Night halt at Haridwar.
Day 2
Haridwar – Rishikesh - Haridwar (Distance:- 21 kms / Duration:- 01 Hr approx one way)
After breakfast, full day sightseeing of Rishikesh which includes Laxmanjhula, Ramjhula. Parmarthdham, Swargasram Geeta Bhavan and cross the Ganges by boat. After lunch visit to the Famous Har-Ki-Pauri, on Ganga Ghat, to take part in the Ganga Aarti. Night halt at Haridwar.
Day 3
Haridwar - Barkot (Distance:- 196 kms / Duration:- 08 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed for Barkot enroute visit the famous Kempty waterfalls at Mussoorie (from Bus) & Night halt at Kharadi(Barkot) (Yamunotri).
Day 4
Barkot - Yamunotri – Barkot (Distance:- 52 kms / Duration:- 01 Hr approx one way)
Early morning 04:00 A.M. leave for Jhankichatti (52kms), from here 6 km. trekking for Yamunotri. Passengers can opt for Doli / Horse (at your own cost) or by walk. (6500ft.) Night halt at Kharadi (Barkot) (Yamunotri).
Day 5
Barkot – Uttarakashi (Distance:- 100 kms / Duration:- 04 Hrs approx)
After Breakfast leave for Uttarkashi. Arrive Uttarkashi and check/in at hotel. After lunch visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Night halt at Uttarkashi.
Day 6
Uttarakashi – Gangotri - Uttarkashi (Distance:- 100 kms / Duration:- 04 Hrs approx one way)
Early Morning 04:00 A.M.proceed to Gangotri. After breakfast proceed to visit to Gangotri Temple & return to Uttarkashi, enroute we stop for a Holy Dip at Gangnani Hot Water Springs. Night halt at Uttarkashi.
Day 7
Uttarkashi – Sitapur (Kedar) (Distance:- 270 kms / Duration:- 10 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Kedarnath (270 Kms, approx10-11 hrs.) enroute visit union of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.(From the Bus).Night halt at Sitapur.
Day 8
Sitapur – Kedarnath
After breakfast leave for Gaurikund by local share a taxi. Reach Gaurikund & start trek or Horse Riding or Doli (at your own cost) one way for Kedarnath 16 kms. (11750 ft.) Perform Pooja & Darshan at Kedarnathji Temple one of the 12 Jyotirlings. Night halt at Kedarnath.(In case Guest Books Helicopter, hotel to Helipad taxi is at own Cost and if the Helicopter does not fly due to weather Conditions, accomodation and Food cost for stay in Sitapur, will have to be paid by Guest directly. In Kedarnath Simple food will be provided & also 01 Bucket Hot Water will be provided for Bath.
Day 9
Kedarnath - Sitapur
After Breakfast proceed to start Trek/Horse/Dolly for Sitapur. After lunch visit holy place where Trijugi Narayani and God Shankar - Parvati got married.(Subject to Road Condition and Traffic) Night halt at Sitapur.
Day 10
Sitapur – Badrinath (Distance: - 253 kms / Duration:- 13 Hrs approx)
Early morning at 4.00am. Leave by bus for Badrinath. (10,350ft.) Night halt at Badrinath.
Day 11
Badrinath
Morning take a holy dip at Badrinath hot water springs and darshan. Evening free for local sightseeing of Mana Village near China border. Night halt at Badrinath.
Day 12
Badrinath – Rudraprayag (Distance: - 154 kms / Duration:- 7/8 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Rudraprayag. Night halt at Rudraprayag.
Day 13
Rudraprayag – Haridwar (Distance: - 161 kms / Duration:- 07-08 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed for Haridwar. After Lunch If any guests wish to visit Mata Chandidevi & Mansha Devi temple then guests can go at your own cost. Night halt at Haridwar.
Day 14
Haridwar – Delhi Drop (Distance: - 219 kms / Duration:- 07 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed for Delhi enroute Lunch & drop at Nizamuddin station. (will reach Delhi @ 1630 approx). Guest travelling by flight has to proceed airport on their own. (Flights to be booked after 19:00 due to Delhi Traffic) Yatra ends with memorable experience with Heena Tours & Travels.

- While visitng Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.

- Carry Dark Choclates, dry fruits, Glucose (Glucon D), toffess. This will provide you instant energy during trekking & long journeys.
- Carry your Pooja samagri as per your requirement.
- Follow the instructions of Tour manager.
- Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in temples.
- Carry extra batteries for your camera & power banks for your cell phone.
- Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, Bsnl mobile is better in most of the places.
- Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
- For Kedarnath Guests need to carry small handbag for 1 Day clothes & your necessary valuable as suitcase cannot be carried up.
- The Approximate charge for Doli to Yamunotri shall be Rs.5500 per person approx. However it can subject to change due to demand in the area.
- The approximate charge for a Helicopter ride to Kedarnath shall be Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 approx per person. However they can change due to demand in the area. The Helicopterflight depends on the permission and clearance from Government. Helicopter Booking shall be taken separately 2 months before the departure. We are just helping Yatris in Booking; we would refund the Helicopter amount if it is not confirmed.
- The approx charge for Doli in Kedarnath is Rs.8000 per person approx however they can change due to demand in the area.
- This is a Pilgrimage sector so don’t keep higher expectations in Hotels except Haridwar.

Easy Cancellation
You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person
The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. Balance payment by Cheque will be accepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded. If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
All the bank charges for credit card transactions will have to be borne by the customer.
If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as under:
Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.10,000/- per person
Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost.
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.
