Day 1
Dehradhun – Haridwar (Distance:- 51 kms / Duration:- 01 hrs approx)
Warm Greetings to your Chardham Yatra tour, on arrival at Dehradhun airport / station proceed for Haridwar. Reach Haridwar & evening free to visit to the Famous Har-Ki-Pauri, on Ganga Ghat, to take part in the Ganga Aarti. Night halt at Haridwar.
Day 2
Haridwar – Sitapur (Kedar) (Distance:- 424 kms / Duration:- 10 / 12 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Kedarnath (270 Kms, approx10-11 hrs.) enroute visit union of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.(From the Bus).Night halt at Sitapur.
Day 3
Sitapur – Kedarnath
After breakfast leave for Gaurikund by local share a taxi. Reach Gaurikund & start trek or Horse Riding or Doli (at your own cost) one way for Kedarnath 16 kms. (11750 ft.) Perform Pooja & Darshan at Kedarnathji Temple one of the 12 Jyotirlings. Night halt at Kedarnath.(In case Guest Books Helicopter, hotel to Helipad taxi is at own Cost and if the Helicopter does not fly due to weather Conditions, accomodation and Food cost for stay in Sitapur, will have to be paid by Guest directly. In Kedarnath Simple food will be provided & also 01 Bucket Hot Water will be provided for Bath.
Day 4
Kedarnath - Sitapur
After Breakfast proceed to start Trek/Horse/Dolly for Sitapur. After lunch visit holy place where Trijugi Narayani and God Shankar - Parvati got married. (Subject to Road Condition and Traffic) Night halt at Sitapur.
Day 5
Sitapur – Badrinath (Distance: - 253 kms / Duration:- 13 Hrs approx)
Early morning at 4.00am. Leave by bus for Badrinath. (10,350ft.) Night halt at Badrinath.
Day 6
Badrinath
Morning take a holy dip at Badrinath hot water springs and darshan. Evening free for local sightseeing of Mana Village near China border. Night halt at Badrinath.
Day 7
Badrinath – Rudraprayag (Distance: - 154 kms / Duration:- 7/8 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Rudraprayag. Night halt at Rudraprayag.
Day 8
Rudraprayag – Dehradhun (Distance: - 176 kms / Duration:- 06-07 Hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Dehradun airport. Yatra concludes with sweet memories conducted by Heena Tours & Travels (Flights to be booked after 15:00)
Imp Note:- This tour starts with lunch on Day - 01 & concludes with Lunch on Day - 8.
Guest has to change their seats daily by rotating system so every passenger will get chance to seat in front seats.

- While visitng Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.

- Carry Dark Choclates, dry fruits, Glucose (Glucon D), toffess. This will provide you instant energy during trekking & long journeys.
- Carry your pooja samagri as per your requirement.
- Follow the instructions of tour manager.
- Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in temples.
- Carry extra batteries for your camera & power banks for your cell phone.
- Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, Bsnl mobile is better in most of the places.
- Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
- For Kedarnath Guests need to carry small handbag for 1 Day clothes & your necessary valuable as suitcase cannot be carried up.
- The Approximate charge for Doli to Yamunotri shall be Rs.5500 per person approx. However it can subject to change due to demand in the area.
- The approximate charge for a Helicopter ride to Kedarnath shall be Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 approx per person. However they can change due to demand in the area. The Helicopter flight depends on the permission and clearance from Government. Helicopter Booking shall be taken separately 2 months before the departure. We are just helping Yatris in Booking; we would refund the Helicopter amount if it is not confirmed.
- The approx charge for Doli in Kedarnath is Rs.8000 per person approx however they can change due to demand in the area.
- This is a Pilgrimage sector so don’t keep higher expectations in Hotels except Haridwar.

Easy Cancellation
You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person
The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. Balance payment by Cheque will be accepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded. If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
All the bank charges for credit card transactions will have to be borne by the customer.
If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as under:
Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.10,000/- per person
Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost.
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.
