The Wagah border gateway connecting India and Pakistan, between Amritsar and Lahore. It lies on the Grand Trunk Road between the two countries. It is a road border crossing, a goods transit terminal, and a railway terminal.

Wagah border is located about 32 kilometers from Amritsar and about 3 kilometers from a border village called Attari.
