Warm Greetings to your Sikkim Darjeeling tour. Arrive Bagdogra airport (by 14:00 noon) meet our representative & proceed to Siliguri have your lunch & then proceed to Darjeeling. Darjeeling is noted for its tea industry, scenic views of the world's third-highest mountain Kangchenjunga. (Guest will have to wait for co passengers at airport / Siligudi hotel subject to group size). Dinner & night halt at Darjeeling.
Darjeeling:
Early morning at 03.30 Hrs. Proceed to Tiger Hill to see sunrise & Kanchanjunga Range. After breakfast sightseeing of Darjeeling which includes Rock Garden, Darjeeling Zoo & Batasia Loop. Dinner & night halt at Darjeeling.
Darjeeling – Pelling: (Distance:- 75 kms / Duration:- 06 hrs approx)
After early breakfast proceed to Pelling, en route enjoy River Rafting (at your own cost). Night halt at Pelling.
Pelling:
After breakfast sightseeing of Kanchanjunga water Falls & Sky Walk - India’s first Sky walk at an altitude of 7200 feet above the sea level. After lunch day free for rest. Night halt at Pelling.
Pelling – Gangtok: (Distance:- 135 kms / Duration:-08 hrs approx)
After breakfast proceed to Gangtok enroute visit the famous Chardham temple at Naamchi Village, enjoy your lunch here and after lunch proceed to Gangtok on arrival check-in to hotel. Evening is free for rest. Night halt at Gangtok.
Gangtok:
After breakfast visit the famous Tshangu Lake situated at 12,400 feet above sea level and thereafter return back to our hotel at Gangtok. Dinner & Night halt at Gangtok.
Gangtok – Lachung: (Distance:- 100 kms / Duration:-06 hrs approx)
After early lunch proceed for Lachung (6 hrs. journey subject to permit). Lachung is a mountain village close to the Tibetan Border, in the Northeastern Indian State of Sikkim en route enjoy Scenic views of Seven Sister Falls & Mangan. Night halt at Lachung.
Lachung – Yumthang – Lachung:
Morning to afternoon explore the Natural beauty of Yumthang Valley & Yumi Somdom (Zero Point-at our cost (N.R.I’s/Foreigners are not allowed to Visit). Night halt at Lachung.
Lachung – Gangtok: (Distance:- 100 kms / Duration:-06 hrs approx)
After breakfast check-out from the hotel & proceed for Gangtok (6 hrs. journey). Arrive Gangtok check in at Hotel. Night halt at Gangtok.
Gangtok:
After breakfast visit International Flower Show, Vanjageri Falls/Hanuman Tok, museum, Stupa and Gondola Cable Car Ride (at your own cost). Evening is free for shopping at the famous M.G.Road. Night halt at Gangtok.
Gangtok – Bagdogra Drop: (Distance:- 122 kms / Duration:-05 hrs approx)
After breakfast at 06:00 am transfer to Bagdogra airport (Flights to be booked after 14:00 onwards) with memorable experience of the tour conducted by Heena Tours & Travels.
Imp Note:- This tour starts with lunch on Day - 01 & concludes with Breakfast on Day - 11.

Guest opting for Innova/Xylo/Scorpio option will not get any kind of extra facility, also they have to stay in touch with our Tour manager & follow the instructions for meals timings & itinerary.
This Tour starts with Lunch on Day 1 & ends with breakfast on Day 11.

Rs.20,000 will be charged extra for NRI.

To operate this tour with our full Kitchen Facilities/Maharaj Food, we require minimum 08 to 10 Passengers travelling at a time on that particular date, if we get less number of Passengers as mentioned above, then you will have to opt for any one of the below options, since we will not be able to operate with Kitchen Food/ with Maharaj for less than 08 to 10 Passengers travelling:

In Sikkim/Darjeeling Tour its compulsory to carry 6 Passport Size Colour Photographs + Original Id & 02 Xerox Copies. Any 01 ID Proof (Driving License / Voter Id / Passport)
Aadhar/Pan Card is not accepted in Sikkim.
Summers are Pleasants so carry Jacket or Sweater.
Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you.
Carry pair of Thermal wear for Lachung (Yumthang) & Tshangu Lake Gangtok.
As it’s a Hill station rain showers are expected anytime so kindly carry a small umbrella/windcheater & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.
Carry Sun Glasses, Sun’s screen, Cap, Sport Shoes.
Gum Boots, Long Warm Jackets & Gloves are available on rent in certain areas where there is snow.
We will provide our best of service but in this sector road conditions, hotels & vehicles are more weak than any other place in India so don’t keep higher luxury expectations in this sector.
Hotels available are only with basic amenities. In Case Road to Lachung is closed stay will be at other destination subject to hotel availability. In Lachung maximum hotels there is no geyser in the bathroom – hot water is supplied by buckets by the hotelier. No room heating systems (Room Heaters) are provided in the room in maximum hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
Our tour Manager reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason.
The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here, hotels, roads & vehicles cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the Manager.
You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person (Non Refundable).
The balance payment shall be paid 21 days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 21 days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided. If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
Before 21 days of tour departure Rs.10,000/- per person
Between 10 to 21 days 50% of the tour cost.
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost (NO REFUND).
