This Diwali, we went to Kashmir with our whole family through Heena Tours, and it turned out to be a really memorable trip. The tour package was totally worth the money. Our tour managers Mr. Prakashbhai and Mr. Ajaybhai were very cooperative and helpful with all the arrangements. We also had a separate local tour guide who joined us for sightseeing. He did a great job explaining the history and stories behind every place we visited. The hotels provided in the package were really nice and comfortable, and the food quality throughout the trip was tasty and hygienic, provided by Heena’s Maharaj. Our driver, Mr. Ashfaq, was also very friendly and drove us safely everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we came back with lots of happy memories. This is my first trip with Heena Travels. I am very impressed with our tour manager Niteshji for planning our outing so well. He has very good time management skills and does everything with a big smile on his face. We are very pleased with the great kitchen staff who provided us with a fresh variety of vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen staff constantly offered food at our table. Looking forward to taking more tours with Heena Travel.

It’s an amazing and wonderful experience when touring any place with Heena. We were welcomed very warmly by the manager Ganpat bhaiya at Kochi. The hotel was nice and the food was very tasty. At each and every place, the Maharaj and all the staff were very polite, and they served the food nicely and lovingly. All the staff of Heena took care of every little detail for all the tourists. The manager played his role perfectly. He was very active, caring, helpful, and punctual in his work. The bus was good and comfortable. The bus driver was excellent. His driving was perfect. Really salute the bus staff, as it is very difficult to drive perfectly in such hilly areas and narrow roads. Overall, I always prefer Heena for all my tours. Thank you to all Heena staff, Ganpat bhaiya, all cooking members, and the bus staff for such a memorable tour of Kerala.

It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a lot. This was our 4th trip with Heena Tours to Assam, Arunachal, and Meghalaya, and it was the best one. All the staff were very good and supportive, and they served us with great hospitality. Thank you, Heena, for making our trip so memorable.

Food was excellent as usual on all Heena Tours, with Maharaj always providing good hospitality along with tour guides Mr. Satyendra and Mr. Pushkar, and of course the manager Mr. Naresh ji. The option for a car change was also available. All timings were perfectly managed everywhere with no hidden expenses at all. Ms. Visakha at the main booking office was friendly, and Mr. Santosh ji was helpful as well.

Very best experience for the Spiti Valley tour from 24th Oct 25 to 3rd Nov 25. Everything was perfect, including food and hotels. Especially our tour manager Naresh Maneria ji, who managed everything very nicely. All staff, including the cook and bus driver, were excellent. We strongly recommend Heena Tours for Jain families because with Heena we get all varieties of Jain food as well.
