One of the finest trips of my life ( Chardham CD-03 1st June 2025 to 11th June 2025 ) . Best one had a memorable experience 11 days without any tension of where to eat , where to go travelling , adventure , temple visit everything. Loved the food ....all 11 days different cuisines. I will request Heena to improve a food quality at Badrinath Hotel. Compare to all other dham , Badrinath dham - Hotel new Urvashi - food quality and number of items was not up to the mark.

It was quite an amazing experience with Heena , visiting CharDham with very caring and trained staff of Heena made this spritual journey a memorable experience for a life time. I must mention Mr.Jawahar as your manager and his entire team took an incredible care of every individual and gave us all possible convenience during our visits at every location. Myself and my mother age 78 booked with Heena tours for Chardham Yatra. Tour was very well managed by our tour operator Hiteshji and our superb driver Premji who took utmost care on hilly terrain while driving that none of us had any discomfort in 10 days tour. Hotel stays were very comfortable and not even a day we missed home food thanks to Heena tours for arranging Gujarati food throughout the Yatra. My 78 year old mother has showered her blessings on everyone associated with the Yatra which helped her get Darshan in Yatra uneventfully. We visited Bhutan through Heena Travels. The arrangement, hotels travel and the sightseeing were all set perfectly. We really had a wonderful time. Santosh helped and guided us in our arrangment for our personal group tour at ever step. Very excellent experience with HP-06 tour on 13/02/26.Both Manager Sunil bhai and Sanjay bhai has manage tour very very nicely and both are so cooperative and humble, kitchen staff was so nice and provide un believable delicious food with wide variety. I have done 8 tour in Heena, one tour with Jitubhai shah in 1999 in himachal so we are with Heena due to its kitchen only other wise many option without kitchen at present.

We took Kinnaur valley(Himachal) tour for 10days/9night. Entire Service Staff was very good . Jagdishbhai & Prakash did fantastic job as tour manager. They took care of all aspects perfectly. They arranged Jain Food and made sure that is available before sunset. Food quality was amazing as expected from Heena. Maharaj served many different dishes everyday with home like food. Everything was good and we had memorable Trip.

Truly amazed by the service by Heena tours and travels! We did the HP-5 tour of Himachal Pradesh and even got to experience snow during the trip. The manager, Mr. Dinesh Menaria was extremely helpful and led the tour very smoothly. The stay was lovely and comfortable, with homely and tasty food made everyday. Highly recommended!

This Diwali, we went to Kashmir with our whole family through Heena Tours, and it turned out to be a really memorable trip. The tour package was totally worth the money. Our tour managers Mr. Prakashbhai and Mr. Ajaybhai were very cooperative and helpful with all the arrangements. We also had a separate local tour guide who joined us for sightseeing. He did a great job explaining the history and stories behind every place we visited. The hotels provided in the package were really nice and comfortable, and the food quality throughout the trip was tasty and hygienic, provided by Heena’s Maharaj. Our driver, Mr. Ashfaq, was also very friendly and drove us safely everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we came back with lots of happy memories. This is my first trip with Heena Travels. I am very impressed with our tour manager Niteshji for planning our outing so well. He has very good time management skills and does everything with a big smile on his face. We are very pleased with the great kitchen staff who provided us with a fresh variety of vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen staff constantly offered food at our table. Looking forward to taking more tours with Heena Travel.

It’s an amazing and wonderful experience when touring any place with Heena. We were welcomed very warmly by the manager Ganpat bhaiya at Kochi. The hotel was nice and the food was very tasty. At each and every place, the Maharaj and all the staff were very polite, and they served the food nicely and lovingly. All the staff of Heena took care of every little detail for all the tourists. The manager played his role perfectly. He was very active, caring, helpful, and punctual in his work. The bus was good and comfortable. The bus driver was excellent. His driving was perfect. Really salute the bus staff, as it is very difficult to drive perfectly in such hilly areas and narrow roads. Overall, I always prefer Heena for all my tours. Thank you to all Heena staff, Ganpat bhaiya, all cooking members, and the bus staff for such a memorable tour of Kerala.

Food was excellent as usual on all Heena Tours, with Maharaj always providing good hospitality along with tour guides Mr. Satyendra and Mr. Pushkar, and of course the manager Mr. Naresh ji. The option for a car change was also available. All timings were perfectly managed everywhere with no hidden expenses at all. Ms. Visakha at the main booking office was friendly, and Mr. Santosh ji was helpful as well.

Very best experience for the Spiti Valley tour from 24th Oct 25 to 3rd Nov 25. Everything was perfect, including food and hotels. Especially our tour manager Naresh Maneria ji, who managed everything very nicely. All staff, including the cook and bus driver, were excellent. We strongly recommend Heena Tours for Jain families because with Heena we get all varieties of Jain food as well.

My Experience with Heena Tours and Travel has been very good. I was on a tour to Kashmir, I choose JK3 package. Heena signature food was amazing. Heena ke saat jaao tho khane ka tension bilkul nhi lena. Mast Ghar jaisa khana milega. Our tour guide, Gopal bhai was also very welcoming. Expert at his work. Overall I would recommend my friends and family to go for Heena. It might seem a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it.
