  This tour starts with lunch on Day - 01 & concludes with Breakfast on Day - 07.

• 

  Heena Tours & Travels will not be responsible if the flights gets delayed or cancelled.

• 

  Guests opting for the Private Vehicle option are requested to kindly follow our tour manager's instructions regarding meal timings and itinerary. Please note that no additional facilities will be provided in this option.

Important note : 

• 

  To operate this tour with our full Kitchen Facilities/Maharaj Food, we require minimum 8 to 10 Passengers travelling on that particular date, If we receive fewer passengers than the minimum required, you will need to choose one of the following options:

• 

  You may switch to any other sector as per your choice of date

• 

  You may opt for Customized Package (FIT) with hotel food (Breakfast & Dinner) with some additional amount if applicable.

• 

  We are not responsible for any flight or train cancellation charges applicable to you.

BOOKING DETAILS:

• 

  You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost (Non Refundable).

• 

  The balance payment shall be paid 30 Days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 30 Days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided.

• 

  If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.

• 

  Carry Original Photo Id (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport).

• 

  Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you

• 

  Buy items that depict the true essence of Himachal Pradesh and are not available elsewhere.

• 

  Long woolen coats & Gum Boots are available on rent at Rohtang Pass.

• 

  Rain showers are expected in Hill stations anytime so kindly carry a small umbrella/windcheater & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.

• 

  Carry Sun Glasses, Sun’s screen, Cap, Sport Shoes.

• 

  No room heating systems (Room Heaters) are provided in the room in most hotels.

• 

  Our tour Manager reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason.

• 

  The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere.

• 

  In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the Manager.
